The inn was founded in 1903 by Marie and François (called "le père") Bise en 1903. In 2017, Magali and Jean Sulpice open a new chapter of this beautiful story.
Jean Sulpice's cuisine is bold and rooted: "To cook wild plants and product from my terroir has always been the conductive wire of my cuisine: pay tribute to the Savoie that built my character and made me grow!
Through my preparations, my wish is to create an emotion, encourage to travel, help people live a sensory experience: a half way between the lake – a new territory of expression for my cuisine – and the mountain – the one that inhabits me since the first day", says the chef.
Bernardaud is happy to be part of this adventure with bespoke decors, exclusively designed for the gourmet restaurant and the bistrot.
